Your comprehensive guide to Dynamic Stretching.
Is your client doing the right stretches in the beginning of your exercise or rehab routine?
If not, the techniques you’re using with them can lead to:
-
Damage to their musculoskeletal system
-
Longer rehab time
-
Range-of-movement restrictions
-
Lower fitness levels – leaving your client without the competitive edge
-
Less strength, resilience, and function
You can waste a lot of time using the wrong stretches in your routine... and miss out on some key benefits.
Dynamic stretching is a form of active movement that isn't about holding a stretch but rather taking the body through ranges of motion that will better prepare your clients for their workout or sporting activity. Start using the right techniques when you enroll in Dynamic Stretching: The Missing Link to Fitness, Athletic Performance, Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation - our digital course that will show you practical approaches that utilize stretching protocols for any population, leading to enhanced fitness, performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.

What Your Colleagues Are Saying
(I learned) a TREMEDOUS amount! It truly feels like the missing link to fitness and rehabilitation.
- Francis Dallaire
I enjoyed learning the different coordinated excercises for the dynamic stretching. This course provided me a different perspective from what I am used to using with my neurologically involved adults and pediatric patients...This is a great resource to have (on hand) to review.
- Mary Beth Cline
Excellent course! I work in mostly geriatrics but everyone has to walk. I came to this course hoping that relevant material would be presented in a way that actually interested me. Athletes and athletic performance are my thing but geriatrics pay the bills. (This course) met my expectations.
- Jennifer Farris
I learned a lot. I had heard about the negative effects of static stretching as a warm-up, but didn’t fully understand it until this course. VERY VALUABLE!!
- Cynthia Newton
This has made me a better therapist. I wish I learned this in school. This seminar has improved my ability to quickly assess an individual and develop a routine interesting for the client.
