The concept of regional interdependence signifies not only the complexity of differential diagnosis of regions of the body, such as the lumbar spine versus pelvis versus hip joint, but also the value of performing a systematic differential diagnosis.
This course will present an organized method of clearly differentiating the pain generator for these clients. Utilizing current best evidence, the attendee will distinguish which tests are best for both ruling in and ruling out specific pain generators. Limitations of current clinical tests, as well as other diagnostic testing methods (radiographic, etc.), will also be presented.
