Description

Evolving Healthcare System Requires Effective Leaders
The healthcare system is evolving rapidly. For rehab and nursing professionals to thrive in this environment, they must develop the leadership skills necessary for personal and professional growth. In this webinar we will discuss some of today's changes in healthcare, and how a premium is put on having quality leadership in place. Ms. Lindsey puts to rest several myths regarding leadership and shares many ideas for developing skills such as integrity and listening. The foundation of Ms. Lindsey's presentation is on discovering and nurturing the leadership skills of professionals at all levels of the organization, not just those who are positioned at the top.
