Description

Lead Your Rehab Team to Effective Change

As a rehabilitation leader and manager, you require the development and mastery of multiple skills and experiences in order to engage your teams and achieve desired business results. A disproportionate level of leadership training (versus clinical development) diminishes your overall effectiveness and future potential as a leader and manager. Working long hours attempting to wear both clinician and manager hats can lead to increased stress, burnout, and disengaged staff. On top of all that, you have to be prepared to lead your team in the midst of a constantly shifting health insurance and resource reality.

Grounded in evidence-based management and leadership principles, this recording's content derives from the presenter's extensive years of experience in rehab team management. Dr. Dobrzykowski provides the proper tools necessary to improve your staff's engagement, efficiency, and willingness to change through an interactive forum of lecture, question and answer, and group discussion. Whether you are an experienced or developing leader/manager of rehabilitation services serving patients from pediatrics to adults, this comprehensive recording will leave you energized, excited, and equipped with a plan for tomorrow.
