PETE BLISS, Th.D., D.Min.,is a 13-year veteran chemical dependency recovery program administrator, licensed minister, counselor, consultant, author, trainer and lecturer. He has extensive experience in serving the homeless population, persons with mental health issues, specific at-risk groups and the criminal justice system. As an advocate for education and research on the topic of interpersonal forgiveness, he serves as an instructor for Case Western Reserve University's Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences Continuing Education Program and the Ohio Christian Education Association. Dr. Bliss has conducted hundreds of successful seminars and workshops on this important topic, and has assisted thousands of individuals in their personal and professional journeys through forgiveness.
