Description

The discussion of overhead athletes often involves baseball, but there are many various sports that involve overhead motions. The mechanics and dysfunctional mechanics of these actions provide the basis for appropriate prehabilitation and rehabilitation. This presentation will include unique injuries to youth athletes, as well as cover sports–specific injury cases or scenarios for various overhead sports, including swimming, baseball, and volleyball.
