BONNIE G. FOSTER, RN, BSN, MEd, a 40-year veteran in the Nursing field and speaker with Vyne, LLC, is an independent long-term care consultant who has been working in geriatric care for the majority of her career. Her varied work history includes positions as a CNA, charge nurse, teacher, staff development coordinator, director of nursing, and state nurse surveyor for federal long-term care.
