ELIZABETH STRICKLAND, MS, RD, LD, is a Registered Dietitian with special interest in integrative medicine, whole foods, dietary supplements, and natural healing treatment methods. She practices integrative nutrition therapy to help treat autism, Asperger's, PDD-NOS, ADD, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, learning disabilities, and other related disorders. Ms. Strickland has over 30 years of professional experience ranging from providing individual nutrition therapy to patients, to training professionals and parents on the topic of nutrition and autism. She is an accomplished lecturer with a professional, yet approachable style that has made her a sought-after presenter with professionals and parents alike. She has provided nutrition consultation to early childhood intervention, WIC, Head Start, home health, school food service, and autism programs. Ms. Strickland is currently in private practice providing seminars, consultation, and nutrition therapy to children with autism and related disorders. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Pediatric Nutrition Practice Group, and the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine Practice Group.
