Ethan Hood, PT, DPT, MBA, GCS,


ETHAN HOOD, PT, DPT, MBA, GCS, is a licensed Physical Therapist with more than 16 years of experience. Currently, he is the assistant director of the St. Luke's Warren Hospital Balance Center and co-founder of the St. Luke's Warren Concussion Center in New Jersey, where he treats patients with complex balance and vestibular disorders. As a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, he has served on the APTA's specialization academy of content experts (SACE) as a writer for the geriatric specialization exam and he also contributes to APTA's podcasts on vestibular related topics. Furthermore, he is a member of the Vestibular Disorders Association and is a board certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist (GCS). Because of his extensive work with vestibular rehabilitation therapy, Dr. Hood has created educational programs and provided his expertise for numerous health care organizations on this topic as well as fall prevention/management and concussion/post-concussion syndrome. In addition, his research on these issues has been published multiple times in Topics in Geriatric Rehabilitation. His research and experience as a physical therapist has led Dr. Hood to be a sought-after educator and speaker at the national level, serving as a guest lecturer at several physical therapy programs, presenting at national conventions, and lecturing around the country for Vyne, LLC.
