Jon Debord, MS, PT, ATC, SCS,
JON DeBORD, MS, PT, ATC, SCS, is a licensed physical therapist and athletic trainer with over 17 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation. Mr. DeBord is the owner and director of Kewanee Physical Therapy and Rehab Specialists, operating three outpatient clinics in Kewanee, Galva, and Wyoming, Illinois. He received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, and his Master of Science in Athletic Training from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah. Mr. DeBord is not only a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy, he is also an active member of both the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Athletic Trainer's Association, an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor, and a certified Examiner by the National Athletic Trainer's Board of Certification. Mr. DeBord is active in sports-medicine outreach, providing significant community and professional education in the areas of sports medicine and orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation. His extensive experience treating patients across the spectrum of age, diagnosis, and disability in an outpatient setting has earned Mr. DeBord invitations to write examination items for the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties' Specialization Academy of Content Experts and speak at Bradley University, The Great Lakes Athletic Training Association winter meeting, and many other events.
