Megan Reavis, MBA, BS, COTA/L,
MEGAN REAVIS, MBA, BS, COTA/L, is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and consultant for Orchestrall Inc., working closely with nursing homes to improve their programs, maximize reimbursement, documentation, operations, and denials management. Her specialty is Medicare compliance and ensuring programs are in place to support the continuous changes in health care.
For nearly 20 years, Megan has worked in geriatric settings in various operations including direct patient care, management, training, and course development. As a COTA and educator, Megan has successfully implemented educational programs to enhance patient outcomes in skilled nursing facilities. She has been teaching for the past five years, designing workshops to address the needs of Occupational, Physical, and Speech-Language Pathologists in rehab settings, focusing on the changing trends of how therapy is provided in various settings. She completed her MBA in Healthcare Administration and continues to provide training and development for health care providers to maximize their effectiveness in providing quality care to the aging population.
