Description

Behavioral health professionals often encounter parents concerned about their difficult and disruptive children. Managing at-risk youngsters is a constant challenge for untrained, tired, or busy parents and they often come to us seeking easily-implemented solutions. This course can help you give these parents not only the answers they need, but also renewed hope of a better relationship with their child. This webinar focuses on the “big four” topics of rearing difficult children, which touch on behavior interpretation, tantrums, compliance and cooperation. Evidence-based approaches demonstrate the fastest empowering tools for all types of families and caregivers. Attendees will return to their jobs with an arsenal of effective behavior-change methods to help prevent parents from feeling helpless.
