Uncover Hidden Opportunity, Add Value, & Expand Your Services
The business of health delivery is rapidly changing. Healthcare leaders are being challenged to simultaneously manage, meet productivity, and provide efficiency while maintaining high quality, all with less resources. We have moved from patient centered models of care to a more reductionist center of care. We are struggling as an industry to define health in terms of the quality care needed to provide value to patients throughout their lifespans. Out of necessity, healthcare delivery has become more focused on meeting third party payer requirements. Leaders, managers, and practitioners are increasingly walking the line of meeting the competing needs of payers vs. patients.
This interactive and dynamic seminar will expand your understanding of leadership, organizational and change management, and healthcare communication principles. Leave energized with tools and resources to confidently take advantage of the opportunities often hidden in change. While healthcare may function differently than other businesses, healthcare leaders and managers can benefit greatly from the existing plethora of best practice research and literature in the business world. You, your staff, your organization, and your patients will benefit greatly from the insights and tools obtained in this course.
